Session Learning Objectives
Purpose: To provide clinicians with an overview of the long-term clinical safety and efficacy of galsulfase in the treatment of MPS VI, and help clinicians develop skills to apply these data to clinical practice.

1. Explain the natural history of MPS VI and historical outcomes with traditional therapies.
2. Discuss the safety and efficacy of galsulfase in the treatment of MPS VI, including long-term results from the Clinical Surveillance Program.
3. Describe how to incorporate clinical data on galsulfase into clinical practice, as explemlified by practical case reports.
