INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW REGISTRATIONS

Online registration for MPS 2008 is now closed. Please register using the PDF form below.

Fax your completed form to 604-685-3521 until Tuesday June 24th, 2008, 5:00PM Pacific Time. After this date, please visit the onsite MPS Registration Desk, located at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel, Junior Ballroom Foyer.

If registering onsite you must fill out a registration form before proceeding to the onsite registration desk.

CHILD/YOUTH/TEEN PROGRAM

The MPS 2008 Child/Youth/Teen Program is now sold out. Registration is no longer available for the program.

FOR EXISTING REGISTRATIONS

NOTE: Cancellations are now 100% non-refundable. Substitutions can be made and are subject to a $50 administration fee.

Until Tuesday June 24th, 2008, 5:00PM Pacific Time all requests for existing registration changes can be made by sending an e-mail to mpssymposium2008@advance-group.com. After this date, changes must be made onsite at the MPS Registration Desk, located at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel, Junior Ballroom Foyer.

Thursday June 26th:	10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday June 27th:	6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday June 28th:	6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Sunday June 29th:	8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
